Blocks by design is Australia's number one manufacturer of hat blocks, and has been established for over 11 years. Founded in Victoria by Doug Osborne. His son Darryll joined the family business in 2011 and is continuing the tradition of great service with high quality work from our South Australian branch. The father/son team will work with you to create the hats of your dreams.
We have an extensive catalogue of products that you can choose from or you can ask us to create something unique especially for you. We can grant exclusivity if you desire. We are able to work from sketches, photographs or mock ups etc; and we do not charge extra for draughting work.
Blocks are created in oval sizes 'slim' and 'broad' as well as circular. All blocks are available in children's sizes.
All our blocks are made from pin-able kiln dried timber and if looked after will last a lifetime.
